CHECKING IN FOR CLINIC VISITS

  • Check-in for clinic visits or other outpatient appointments is done at the point-of-service kiosks.
  • At times Veterans will need to follow up in person with centralized check in either by appointment or via referral from a kiosk.
  • Patients scheduled for multiple appointments are required to check in at each appointment site in order to ensure they are at the correct location.
  • Please bring your Veterans Affairs identification card and be prepared to verify your full name and full social security number during check-in and health care hand-offs. This is a patient safety measure which helps ensure the right Veteran gets the right care at the right time, every time.
