Our Veteran Experience program seeks to personally give you and your family the security of knowing someone is available to focus on your individual concerns and rights as a patient. We work directly with all departments on your behalf and can address your questions, problems or special needs quicker.
If you, or a Veteran you care for, has not been able to resolve important issues related to VA through other means of communications, please contact one of our highly-skilled Veteran Experience Officers who will be eager to help you with your concern in a timely manner.

Survey of Your Healthcare Experience
After your visit, you may receive a confidential questionnaire by email or first-class mail asking about your most recent treatment at our facilities.
Please use the survey to let us know of any concerns, complaints or questions you have about your care so that we can resolve them. We also appreciate compliments about what we are doing right.
During your visit our Veteran Experience Office staff may approach you to conduct a brief, on-the-spot survey. This will allow us to address any immediate concerns you may have.
We have also comment cards placed in all of our clinics. These feedback tools are critical in helping shape the future of customer service at our facilities and receive weekly reviews by members of management and the health care system Director. Please take the time to fill out a comment card with each visit and let us know how you feel about the care you receive. Our goal is to provide compassionate, quality care in a timely manner.
