By Phone

  • Toll-free 1-800-935-8387, option 2
    Order medications at least 10-15 days before running out.

Online

  • Signup for My HealtheVet and refill your prescriptions online. Complete an in-person authentication and you can email your Patient Aligned Care Team, too.  Go to   www.myhealth.va.gov

By Mail

  • Send the refill slip you receive with your medications as soon as you receive them.  This will ensure that you have a steady supply.

To renew your prescription (you're out of refills), contact your PACT via My HealtheVet, or call
1-800-935-8387, option 4 to speak to a nurse.
